HOW I AM FEELING + RECENT UPDATES
The truth is - this pregnancy has been really easy so far (knock on wood). I have had no sickness at all. This seems to be common with other expecting mothers around me, and I simply could not be more grateful that this was absent for me. I feel calm and more excited to meet her the closer we get to her due date. London moves A LOT! I can physically see her move in my stomach which is INSANE to me. She is currently frank breech but we are still early and might turn. Lately, my fatigue has made its way back around. It was horrible in the first trimester but went away. It is no where near where it started but I can tell I have less energy than usual. I'm still working out - just not like before pregnancy. I have switched to pilates based workouts, focusing on lower weights. I recently added the Gabby George bridal arm workouts to my routine every day and WOW! You can find these on her TikTok under "bridal arms".
Took the glucose test recently. Everyone had me terrified but it really was not bad. I had 3 minutes to finish the drink. They gave me the orange and it was cold. It honestly tasted like orange kool-aid to me. I waited an hour for the bloodwork and I did get a little dizzy at the beginning due to the sugar rush but I was fine shortly after it settled. I made sure to eat right after leaving the office. I passed thank goodness!
Anatomy scan went great, then we had to go back and do an echo of London's heart due to conceiving her through IVF. This is just a pre-caution and to make sure she had no heart defects. They told me IVF increases the risk of heart issues but she was clear of all! This is where we found out she was breech - her toes were literally touching her forehead.
SYMPTOMS
Within the last couple of days I have started to experience heart burn. I heard there was a correlation between this and the baby having hair (fingers crossed this is the case). Smoothie tums have been my best friend lately!
Increased urination. This might be the most annoying symptom because it feels like I am constantly going to the bathroom, especially at night.
Waking up at 5 a.m. every single morning. WHYYYY?!
PRODUCTS/CLOTHING I AM LOVING
Unfortunately stretch marks are genetic but I have been working hard to prevent them! I alternate oil and silicone patches every night. Then I use this lotion in the morning on my stomach and hip area. I think the key is also to stay very hydrated!

Loving these clothing brands for maternity - Legoe Heritage, CRZ yoga maternity, DSG lounge wear.
We recently took a trip to Easton, Columbus for Chris's birthday and the weather changed drastically overnight due to a storm. I had only packed sandals and a thin maternity dress, so we went shopping. This outfit is the softest stretchiest non-maternity outfit I have tried so far! Comes in a couple different colors. Purchased large in both but it does run a little oversized. Could have sized down but glad I didn't due to the growing bump.
